Our plants will arrive to you alive and healthy. All of our plants are wild dug and shipped bare root. They are packed with moss in an appropriate shipping container packed to keep the roots moist during shipping.

We guarantee perennials & ferns for 6 months from the date you receive them.

All trees & shrubs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date you receive them.

Cancellation/Return Policy

If your plant dies within the guaranteed timeline, please contact us for instructions to receive replacement plant (if available) or store credit. NO REFUNDS ON ANY ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any damage has occurred during shipment, please contact us immediately.

If you need to change/cancel an order, it must be done within 3 days of order date.

Canceled orders will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

Shipped orders cannot be changed, canceled or returned. All shipped orders are final.

Shipping timeline: Please allow 7-10 days after ordering for your plants to ship. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

All plants are shipped USPS or UPS

Please inspect all plants. Contact us immediately if any plants have been damaged during shipping.

Immediately water all plants.

Follow all planting instructions included in package.
